About the Role
Priorities fellows should be eager to learn from and work alongside our teams as
they execute multi-million dollar efforts to re-elect President Biden and Vice
President Harris and expand Progressive majorities up and down the ballot. This
full-time, paid fellowship is a comprehensive job experience designed to prepare
you for a long-term career in progressive politics. The fellowship begins
Monday, April 1, 2024 and ends Friday, August 2, 2024.

do not complete both applications. There will be an opportunity to indicate
interest in also being considered for the Digital Advertising and Creative
fellowship in the application.
Responsibilities
* Work directly with the Priorities USA Paid Media, Media Buying, and Creative
teams and support them with long and short term projects as needed. No prior
experience is required!
* Learn from the paid media team as they plan and strategize Priorities
extensive digital ads program. We'll teach you how to put together media
briefs and implement media plans for targeted digital ad campaigns that meet
the strategic imperatives laid out in each race/state.
* Learn from the Media Buying team as they place ad buys for Priorities
multi-million dollar digital campaign budget. We’ll teach you how to place ad
buys, monitor and report on how our ad campaigns are performing and adapt
campaigns in response to reporting and feedback.
* Learn from the creative team as they conceptualize and execute all creative
concepts for Priorities’ ad campaigns - both still and video. We’ll teach you
about production, copywriting, and creative brief writing.
* Connect with political professionals and develop networking and job training
skills to help you build a lasting career in progressive politics.
*
Qualifications
* Have an interest in learning how to run digital ad campaigns and a strong
desire to continue working in Progressive politics after the fellowship
program concludes.
* Have previous experience (job, internship, volunteer position) with political
campaigns, advocacy, public service or a commitment to progressive causes and
electing Democrats.
* Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Be willing -- and excited! -- to try new things, learn from successes and
mistakes, ask questions, and adapt with new and changing information.
* Be at the beginning of your career—about to graduate college, just graduated,
and/or less than four years in the workforce. A college degree is NOT
required to participate in this fellowship program.
