Office and Team Culture
The National Partnership is a 50 person staff that fosters a collaborative culture. We have a collegial work environment. The National Partnership is committed to protecting our employees and our communities from COVID-19. Toward that goal, the National Partnership requires all employees to be fully vaccinated and completely up to date via an FDA authorized and/or approved COVID-19 vaccination. Up to date means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible. New employees must be fully vaccinated before their start date, and up-to-date as soon as eligible, unless an exemption due to a medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief or practice is granted.
